The Łagów and Sulęcin Landscape Park is the first of such parks founded on the area of the current Lubuskie province and belongs to the Complex of Landscape Parks of the Lubuskie Province. It was founded in 1985 in order to preserve and protect remarkable landscape and nature features of the central Lubuskie Lake District.
The Gryżyński Landscape Park - created to preserve, promote and spread the landscape and nature features of Giżyńska Trough. Forests dominated by pine trees (fresh and dry) and mixed woods occupy almost 87% of the park. Such tree stands grow on outwash buffer zones of the park.

Nadleśnictwo Świebodzin informuje, że na terenie obwodów łowieckich nr 104 i 114 organizowane będą w miesiącu styczniu polowania zbiorowe dla grup 9-10 myśliwych zagranicznych, w następujących dniach:
- obw. 104 - 7 stycznia 2020 roku,
- obw. 114 – 10 i 14 stycznia 2020 roku.
Polowania zostaną przeprowadzone poza obszarem objętym zakazem wstępu do lasu.
